Our Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) program is the most effective, humane method for managing our community cat populations. TNR work involves trapping, vaccinating, sterilizing (spay/neuter), ear-tipping for identification, and returning cats to their original territory. It stops breeding, and stabilizes populations.
It just takes one unwanted litter to create a whole lot of cats. Being a caretaker of a cat colony can be stressful. We are here to help, without judgment.
Start the process by filling out our TNR Request Form above.
We are a volunteer only organization that is fully dependent on donations from our community to provide TNR services. First, we make sure that we have the funds available to support you and the cats needing care.
Our Volunteers will connect with you about the details of the cats in need to determine what help and what funds are needed.
We will come to view the location of the cats.
We will trap the cats using humane box traps.
Once trapped, we will transport them into a foster home until their Spay/Neuter appointment and keep them until they recover from surgery, typically 1-4 days.
We will return the cats to the colony they came from unless it is unsafe for the cat to return.
